Colors clearly draw attention. Warm orange supports the message of 'bringing people together'. The array of hands seems meaningless to me but it does give a nice effect. Also, nice symmetrical composition.
The poster itself has nothing to do with Spoorzone Delft: the words 'Spoorzone Delft' could have been replaced with anything. Maybe if the arm of the hand of each party had its representative sleeve?
The composition of the poster is very clear, The gradient in hands is giving a perspective and depth into the poster. Used color composition is really important. The big purple letters are giving a clear message which is also good related to the illustration. The only negative commentswould be that the poster can be seen a little bit boring and that the train part of the subject isn’t reflected in the poster.
